Does Favvy actually delete my photos?
Yes. At the end of a session you review everything you swiped to delete and confirm. On iPhone, photos then go to your Recently Deleted album so you have 30 days to recover them. On Android, deletion uses the system delete flow (Google Photos Trash / Samsung Gallery Bin).
What sort modes does Favvy offer?
Favvy sorts your gallery by Random (our favorite: a fast, fresh mix from your whole library), by month, and by category: Videos, Screenshots, Recents and Favorites. You pick a mode, swipe through, review, and confirm.
Is Favvy free?
Favvy is free to try: you can clean real photos on day one with no card required. An optional subscription unlocks unlimited swipes, advanced sort modes, and streak rewards. No ads, ever.
Does Favvy upload or store my photos?
Never. Every photo stays on your device. Favvy doesn't require an account, doesn't send anything to a server, and doesn't know what's in your gallery.
Can I undo a swipe?
Yes. Swipe back or tap Undo at any point during a session. And since nothing is deleted until you confirm at the end, you always have a chance to rescue anything you didn't mean to toss.
Does Favvy work with iCloud Photos?
Yes. Favvy reads and deletes through the system Photos permission, so iCloud-synced libraries work as expected. Deletes sync to your other Apple devices just like in the Photos app.
Does Favvy work on Android?
Yes. Favvy runs on both iOS and Android with the same swipe-to-clean experience. On Android it uses the system Media permission, so photos are removed through Google's native delete flow.
How much storage can I free up with Favvy?
Depends on how messy your gallery is. Most first-time users reclaim several gigabytes in their first session. After that, a weekly minute of swiping keeps storage from filling up again.
Can Favvy help me clean up screenshots?
Yes. Screenshots mode isolates every screenshot in your gallery so you can swipe through receipts, memes and expired tickets in one pass, instead of hunting them one-by-one in Photos.
Can I recover a photo I deleted by mistake?
On iPhone, yes: deletes go to Photos > Albums > Recently Deleted for 30 days. On Android, recovery depends on your gallery app, some keep a Trash/Bin, others don't, so once a photo is gone it can be gone for good. That's why Favvy adds a review-before-delete step at the end of every session: nothing is actually removed until you confirm the whole pile.
Does Favvy need an internet connection?
No. Favvy works completely offline. Everything runs on your device: photo loading, swipe history, streaks.
