Terms of Use

Favvy is rated 4+ on the App Store and is suitable for general audiences. You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 if you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom) to use the Service. If you are a minor, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission.

Favvy helps you review and organize the photos stored on your device by swiping through them. All photo actions happen locally on your device — nothing is uploaded to our servers.

You are fully responsible for the photos you choose to delete. iOS and Android may offer temporary recovery through their "Recently Deleted" albums, but we cannot guarantee that deleted photos can be restored. Always back up important content before using the Service.

The Favvy website provides information about the app, links to download it, and general company content. You agree not to misuse the website — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at unreasonable rates, or bypass security measures.

Favvy offers auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time in-app purchases. All billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store under their own terms.

Kaikulabs cannot process refunds directly. For any billing issue, cancellation, or refund request, please contact Apple or Google support. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel through your store account settings.

The Favvy name, logo, app, website, and all related content are owned by THE SOFTWARE COMPANY OF BARCELONA S.L. and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You keep all rights to the photos on your device — we never claim any ownership over your content.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that deleted photos can be recovered. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, THE SOFTWARE COMPANY OF BARCELONA S.L. and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of photos, inability to recover deleted content, or issues related to device storage or OS-level photo management. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer-protection law.

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page always reflects the latest update. If the change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, through the app or the website). Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from the Service or these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring a claim in your country of residence.
